AJAX BulletCam 5MP 2.8mm White - AI Wired IP Bullet Camera

They are separate Ajax models. The BulletCam on this page has IR illumination only, up to 197 ft (about 60 m). The BulletCam HL adds hybrid illumination, with a white light as well as IR. Check the model name and code before you order, or ask us and we will confirm it for you.

Either by PoE (802.3at/af, 36 to 57 V, Class 3) over one network cable, or from an external 12 V DC, 1 A supply. Average power use is 12 W.

It is rated IP66 and IK08 and operates from -22 to 140 degrees F (about -30 to 60 degrees C) at up to 90% humidity. Ajax lists it for outdoor and indoor use.

The camera, an installation template, an installation kit and a quick start guide. A microSD card is not included, and a network cable and power supply are not part of the listed set.

The IR illumination reaches up to 197 ft (about 60 m) and adjusts its strength in real time. The detection distances Ajax publishes for this lens are 213 ft to detect a person, 85 ft to observe, 42 ft to recognise and 21 ft to identify.

It is conformant with ONVIF Profile G and S, so it can be used with ONVIF recorders. Ajax notes that H.265 encoding, motion and AI event transmission and WDR control are not ONVIF conformant, so some functions may be limited outside the Ajax system. Ask us to check your recorder first.

Yes. Ajax also lists a 4 mm version of the BulletCam 5 MP. A longer lens gives a narrower view that reaches further, for example along a driveway or gate. The 2.8 mm model on this page has a 100 to 110 degree view.
