HL stands for Hybrid Light — or Hybrid Illumination. The TurretCam HL has both IR (infrared) LEDs and white light LEDs built in. IR provides covert, invisible illumination for night-time detection without drawing attention. White light provides full-colour footage in the dark when colour detail is important, for example capturing clothing colours or vehicle colours during an event.

Two key differences. First, colour: 126261 is White, 64924 is Black. Second, illumination: the HL (126261) has hybrid IR + white light illumination, while the standard TurretCam (64924) uses IR illumination only.
