The Akuvox E21A is the audio-only sibling of the E21V, an outdoor emergency call station built into a 316 grade stainless steel panel rated IP65 and IK10 vandal resistant. It has no camera, focusing purely on two-way SIP audio with echo cancellation, a single panic button, and dual relay outputs for door control, making it suited to public spaces such as car parks, stairwells, lift lobbies and subways where a call point is needed without video.
