The TurretCam HL 8MP (126265) is the newer hybrid illumination model featuring both IR and white light LEDs, enabling full-colour footage at night. The HL also includes additional upgrades. Choose the standard model for IR-based night surveillance; choose the HL if full-colour night footage is required.
At 4K (3840 × 2160) resolution, the camera records at up to 20 FPS. This is a standard trade-off at 4K — the higher data throughput of 8MP footage limits the maximum frame rate compared to lower-resolution cameras. For most surveillance applications, 20 FPS at 4K provides excellent footage quality.
