The Tag works with KeyPad Plus Jeweller, Superior KeyPad Plus Jeweller, KeyPad TouchScreen Jeweller, and Superior KeyPad TouchScreen Fibra. One Tag can connect to up to 13 Ajax hubs. Not compatible with third-party security panels, Ajax Hub alarm central alone (requires keypad), ocBridge Plus, or uartBridge integration modules.

Pairing is simple: Open the Ajax app, go to your keypad’s device settings, select “Add Tag,” then hold the Tag near the keypad reader. The system recognizes the Tag instantly.
