The cabinet is IP65 rated — fully dust-tight and protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it suitable for permanent outdoor installations on building exteriors, under eaves, in car parks, and other exposed locations.
No. The PA-WMCAB-W is sold as an empty enclosure. You supply your own NVR/DVR (up to 2RU) and 24” monitor with downward-facing connectors. The cabinet includes all brackets, PDU, fan, and cable management hardware.
The IP68-rated 120×120×25mm extractor fan is thermostatically controlled. It switches on automatically when the internal temperature reaches 40°C and shuts off when it drops to 25°C. Side-draught air intake with a filter prevents dust build-up on hot days.
Any widescreen monitor up to 24” with VESA 75 or 100mm mounting holes is compatible. The monitor must have downward-facing connectors (HDMI, DisplayPort, power) so cables can route neatly through the cabinet. Check your monitor specs before ordering.
The dry compartment uses 12mm knockouts with M12 IP68 glands for sealed low-voltage signal cables. The wet compartment uses larger circular knockouts (25mm, 40mm, 50mm) suited to PVC conduit screw adapters for power cables and larger conduit runs.
The cabinet uses 4 wall mounting points on a 440×353mm pattern. Always fix to structural wall studs or use appropriate masonry anchors rated to at least 30kg. Professional installation is recommended for outdoor locations.
