Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great customer service from Sipko team as I was listened to well before providing options rather than flogging a product/service on me. Also worked through pricing options that were suitable for my business. Highly recommend.

FAQ

Will my old sensors work?
Most NC/NO/EOL wired detectors can be integrated. We verify compatibility on-site.

Can I mix wired and wireless devices?
Yes — MultiTransmitter handles the wired side while the hub manages wireless AJAX devices.

What happens during a power outage?
The module supports a backup battery (installed separately) to keep wired zones active; app alerts depend on hub connectivity.

Do I need to replace my existing siren panel?
Not necessarily. We can migrate critical zones first and stage the rest to minimise downtime.
