Relay Jeweller itself is powered from 7–24 V DC and has potential-free (dry) contacts. Within the manufacturer’s switching limits, it can control both low-voltage and mains circuits — up to 5 A at 36 V DC / 13 A at 230 V AC for resistive loads, or 3 A at 24 V DC / 8 A at 230 V AC for inductive/capacitive loads. Actual load limits depend on the type of load being switched. Any mains electrical work must be carried out by an appropriately qualified installer or electrician.

Will it work if the internet goes down?
Yes — control scenarios run via the hub; external notifications depend on the hub’s connectivity.

What happens on power loss?
You can set a fail-safe state (open/closed) or last-state memory, depending on site policy.

Does it need a separate power supply?
Yes — Relay Jeweller is powered by 7–24 V DC, either from your system PSU or a dedicated low-voltage source. This is separate from the load circuits it switches, which are electrically isolated from the relay’s own power supply.
