Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great customer service from Sipko team as I was listened to well before providing options rather than flogging a product/service on me. Also worked through pricing options that were suitable for my business. Highly recommend.

FAQ

What is the AJAX ReX 2 Range Extender and why do I need it?
The AJAX ReX 2 is a wireless range extender that boosts the communication distance between the AJAX Hub and devices such as motion detectors, door contacts, and sirens. It’s essential for large Melbourne homes, warehouses, or multi-storey properties where standard signal range may be limited.

Can I use multiple ReX 2 units in one system?
Yes – up to five ReX 2 range extenders can be connected to compatible Ajax hubs, depending on the hub model. This makes it possible to secure very large Melbourne properties, commercial sites, or multi-building setups with full system reliability. The number of devices operating through each ReX 2 depends on the connected hub and system configuration.

Can I add more extenders later?
We can design multi-extender layouts for large or complex sites. Ask us for a site plan.

Where is the best place to install the AJAX ReX 2 in properties?
Ideally, the ReX 2 should be placed midway between the AJAX Hub and the devices it needs to connect.
