Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great customer service from Sipko team as I was listened to well before providing options rather than flogging a product/service on me. Also worked through pricing options that were suitable for my business. Highly recommend.

FAQ

Will my small dog trigger the sensor?
No – the AJAX MotionProtect Plus is designed with pet-immune technology that ignores animals up to 20 kg in weight and 50 cm in height. That means a small dog or cat moving around your home will not trigger a false alarm.

What is the difference between MotionProtect and MotionProtect Plus?
The MotionProtect Plus includes an additional microwave sensor that helps avoid false alarms caused by heat, sunlight, or moving curtains. It is recommended for rooms with air conditioning, fireplaces, or areas exposed to sudden temperature changes.

How long does the battery last?
The built-in battery lasts up to five years under normal use. When the battery runs low, the system sends a notification to your AJAX app so it can be replaced easily.

Can I mix with other AJAX detectors?
Yes — it integrates with the AJAX ecosystem and is ideal alongside door/window and glass break sensors.
