Dahua DHI-KTP01L-AUS IP Villa Intercom Kit with PoE Switch
The Dahua DHI-KTP01L-AUS is a complete IP video intercom kit that includes everything needed for a standard installation: an aluminium door station with a 2MP 140° camera, a 7" touchscreen indoor monitor, and a 4-port PoE switch to power and connect them.
Including the switch is what sets this kit apart, since PoE intercoms otherwise need one bought separately. You can see and talk to visitors on the screen or through the app on your phone, and unlock the door remotely. The door station supports two locks, mounts either flush or on the surface, and is rated IK07 and IP65. Includes a 3-year warranty.

Normally no. The kit includes the door station, the indoor screen and the PoE switch that powers both, which is the part usually sold separately. You may still need a door strike or gate lock if you want remote release, and cabling.
This is an IP kit, so it runs over standard network cable and is powered by the included PoE switch. The 2-wire kit runs over a simple two-core cable, which suits replacing an old intercom where there is no network cabling. If new cable can be run, IP is the more flexible choice.
